Team Manager Check List

Prior to the Tournament

  • Pay Registration Fee-$1,550 US 
  • Select and submit Hotel Sub Block information to the FM CVB housing@fargomoorhead.org
  • Email Approved USA Hockey Roster/Hockey Canada link with Jersey numbers to tournaments@fargohockey.org by December 15th.
  • Share Merchandise information with the team. FYHA has teamed up with Northwest Designs Ink to provide you on-site customized event apparel and an online store will be available closer to the tournament.
  • Share your Best of Times Panoramic team photo time with your team. The schedule will be sent out prior to the tournament.
  • Ensure your team is active on Gamesheet. Links will be provided to team managers. 

At the Tournament

  • Please check in at the Rink Manager table at each rink where you play.
  • Please always have a copy or link to your USA Hockey approved roster.
  • Take a deep breath and enjoy the tournament.
