13U State Gate Admission

 

Students
$5.00 - Daily Pass per student
$10.00 – Weekend Pass per student
 
Adults
$7.00 – Daily Pass per adult
$20.00 – Weekend Pass per adult
 
Children – 5 years and younger – Free
Senior Citizens – 62 and older – Free
 
Players/Coaches/Team Managers will receive
Passes that will allow Free Admission

 


Team Check-In

All Teams must have a Representative check in their team prior to their first game on Friday, March 9th.

Check-In will be done on the 2nd floor at SW Arena – Tournament Room.
 
Please make sure to bring Official USA Hockey Roster and Consent to Treat forms for each player.
If a player did not register on-line with USA Hockey, a USA Hockey Waiver will also need to be presented at this time.
 
Garments and Admission Passes will be distributed at the time of Team Check-In.

Players will not be in Full Gear,
they will be expected to wear their Team Jerseys
and Street Shoes.

Game Updates:
We will be updating our website with bracket updates though out the tournament.
Please refer to this website for updated game information.
 
Opening Ceremony:
·         The Opening Ceremony will be on Friday, March 9th, 5:00 pm on the Fowler Rink.
·         Players/Coaches/Team Managers are invited to take the Ice.
·         We will start at 5:00 pm shape with Team March on to the Rink. 
·         Lineup will start at 4:45.
·         Players will be expected to wear their Team Jersey. All players will walk on to the ice, so appropriate shoes should be worn. Hockey Gear is not expected to be worn by the players.
·         Ceremony should take approx. 30 minutes.
 
Games:
·         Each team will be expected to provide a roster for the score sheet prior to each game.
·         Coaches will be asked for their starting lineup and these players will be announced at the start of each game.
·         The first game of the day on each sheet of ice – National Anthem will be played.
·         Games will follow the posted Game Rules and USA Hockey rules.
·         Periods will be 15 minutes in length.
·         Ice will be cleaned every 2nd periods.
·         Teams are expected to be ready to hit the ice 15 minutes prior to game time.
·         Once both teams are on the ice – they will be given a 5 minute warm up.
·         Warm up pucks will be provided by FYH and will be on the ice for team warm up.
·         Team on the top of the bracket will wear Home Jerseys.
 
Social Event:
·         Lunch will be served  at the SW Arena Tournament Room on Saturday, March 10th from Noon until 4:00 pm.
·         Players/Coaches/ Team Managers are invited to stop in the Tournament Room for Pizza. 
-    Sponsored by Space Aliens and Old Chicago.
 
Vendors:
·         We have ordered a few additional Tournament T-Shirts and Sweatshirt that will be sold until gone. Tournament Garments will be sold at the table taking admissions. Should you have any players that missed getting an order place with the Pre-Order process – this will be the only opportunity to obtain Tournament Garments.
·         Tournament Books, complete with Brackets and Team Pictures/Rosters will be sold for $5.00 per book. Books can be purchased at the Admissions Table.
·         Best of Times will be on site for player photos.

Sunday Games:
·         All games being played on Sunday are Award Games. At the completion of each game, please have your player’s line up on their respective blue lines for the Award Presentations.
·         There has been a short amount of time allotted after each game for pictures taking.
