Prior to the Tournament
- Order trading pins for your team. For pin trading guidelines and information on a pin trading company scroll down.
- Share Merchandise information with the team. FYHA has teamed up with Northwest Designs Ink for our customized tournament apparel this year. Merchandise will be available for sale at Southwest Arena at the start of the first tournament game each day and an online store will be available closer to the tournament date.
- Share your Best of Times Panoramic team photo time with your team. The schedule will be sent out prior to the tournament.
- Create roster stickers for your team. Please bring 18 roster stickers for the tournament (3 for each game). There is a 5 game guarantee and some teams will play 6 games. Please provide a roster sticker to the rink manager at EACH arena where your team is playing prior to game play so it can be added to the score book. A template is available below.

- Email Approved USA Hockey Electronic Roster Link to tournaments@fargohockey.org by Jan. 25th for B, Feb. 1 for B1, and Feb. 8 for A.

At the Tournament
- Please check in at the Rink Manager table where you play each of your games. The Rink Manager table is located in the lobby of each hockey arena. You will pick up your team packet at the rink where you play your first game on Friday morning. Please drop off your rosters stickers with the Rink Manager at EACH arena where your team plays, prior to each game.
- Please always have access to your USA Hockey approved roster link.
- Take a deep breath and enjoy the tournament.
