Fargo Freeze Bantam B Gold took 1st place in the Grand Forks Bantam B Tournament. The very first game went into shootout. Fargo Freeze won after our defenseman Sully Anderson scored the winning goal! After that, there was no stopping Fargo Freeze. We won each game after including the championship game against Devils Lake.

In addition to an exciting weekend in Grand Forks, during our Saturday game, we held a moment of silence honoring the memory of Teddy Balkind who lost his life during a high school hockey game. This idea was brought to the tournament director by our very own Fargo Freeze players as a lot of them were present and got to witness their teammate go through a similar event three years go. After the game, the Director came over and praised the boys for thinking of that. Great job boys!!!
