Our annual meeting will be held on April 21st from 6-8pm at Brewhalla in the Odditorium on the 2nd floor. We encourage all Freeze Families to attend. Voting is in person only.  Without our Freeze Families in attendance, we are unable to vote in our new candidates. Light d'oeuvres will be served.

At 6:30pm our Board of Director President will go over a season recap, followed by a message from our Executive Director, Hockey Director, and Tournament Director. At 7:00 pm voting in our new board member candidates will begin. Each candidate will have a brief opportunity to speak to members in attendance before voting begins.

The following board positions will be open:

Vice President:  The Vice President shall perform all the duties and exercise all the powers of the President during the President's absence or incapacity. The Board of Directors and President shall assign duties to the Vice President so that he or she is prepared to assist in meeting the Corporation's objectives.

Treasurer:  The Treasurer shall keep accurate accounts of all monies of the Corporation received or disbursed in the name of, and to the credit of, the Corporation in such banks and depository is as designated by the Board of Directors; shall have the power to endorse for deposit all notes, checks in drafts received by the Corporation; shall disburse the funds of the Corporation as directed by the Board of Directors, Executive Committee or President, making proper vouchers therefor; shall provide to the President, the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, when requested, an account of all of the transactions as Treasurer and of the financial condition of the Corporation; shall perform such other duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee or the President; Treasurer, Executive Director, Fundraising Director, and Tournament Director will work closely together to determine fiscal needs on an annual basis.

Secretary:  The Secretary shall record proceedings of all meetings of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee; shall keep a register of the names and addresses of all members of the Corporation; shall at all times keep on file a complete copy of the Articles of Corporation and all amendments and restatements thereof and a complete copy of these Bylaws and all amendments and restatements hereof; shall, when directed to do so, give proper notice of meetings of the members, the Board of Directors or the Executive Committee; shall perform such other duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee or the President; and, in general, shall perform all duties incident to the office of Secretary.
